Harrison Bergeron Quick Write
Nowadays, a lot of people don't like people who try to fit in. Clothings and style of talking is all about yourself. Many still think that to be cool you must be like the popular group. Usually the popular group hates posers (people that copy others), they rather accept people being like themselves. There is no pressure now, there is a pressure when you already copied other people. It will pressure you to go back to your original form, be yourself. I think it is better to be yourself and act on your own. There are more benefits and you will live a better life. For example, back in my old school, there was a kid called Chris, he always copied my friends' fashion. He bought the same thing and talked just like them. Chris was later pushed out and looked to us as an outlaw. The next few weeks, I explained to him that he has to be his old self. He started to change, and after a month, he was back into our group. Today, I still chat with him and he is still friends with my friends. Chris is happy that he is being himself. "I am never going to be a poser," he said proudly.
